Very nice complex, the flats were all occupied but it was not an inconvenience, the pool was enough big to share it. It’s on a very nice location; the views are amazing, on summer when the vines and the olives are green. We have a heat wave, and the pool was necessary to refresh up.
The locations it’s about 15 minutes of Certaldo, where you can find and buy what you need. The supermarket COOP in the suburbs of the city it’s perfect, you can find products from the zone and the prices are reasonable. In Certaldo also you have a train station, a very good way to visit big cities as Firenze or Siena.
A little bit more tourist information available in the apartment would be very helpful, as the train timetable, maps, recommended visits (restaurants, wine taste, small village …)
In our opinion, the worst of the complex is that the buildings are so closed with the road in the back side, so you hear all the time the cars that runs so fast, and by night you also see the cars lights, the road is so transited by night and early time.
Mosquitoes also like a lot the complex, so you have to come ready to fight them (creams and special liquids will be very useful)
Eine sehr schöne Anlage. Einfach nur malerisch schön. Toscana wie sie wirklich ist.Pool groß genug. Schon das Tor vermittelt eine Ambiente der Romantik. Die durch die Skulpturen weitläufig schöne Garten weckt alle Sinne Steinhauerkunst. Wohnraum groß genug, Betten eher dürftig, Sauberkeit hält sich in den "italienischen" Rahmen. Nah zum Meer und sehr viele anderen sehr schönen Sehenswürdigkeiten.
Mooi vakantiehuis, van alle gemakken voorzien, en met een mooie omheinde tuin. Veel privacy en een fantastisch uitzicht. Hele gastvrije eigenaren. Goede uitvalsbasis voor alle mooie steden in Toscane, zoals Siena, Florence en San Gimignano.
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] Nice holiday home, fully equipped and with a lovely enclosed garden. Lots of privacy and great views. Very hospitable owners. Good base for all the beautiful towns in Tuscany such as Siena, Florence and San Gimignano.
Very Nice accomodaties and very helpful owner. Everything is perfectly maintained and in good order. Big garden for the kids and enough place with shadow, because it can be very warm in summer. The house itself is not big but fair enough for a coupe with two kids.
Eine wunderschöne Lage, sehr gute Austattung. Bei der malerischen Lage nimmt man gern den Schotterweg zum Haus in Kauf. Sehr gepflegt, toller Pool und sehr gute Kommunikation mit der zuständigen Person die englisch und deutsch spricht. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit.

Les -:
- Pas de clim et une chaleur étouffante dans le logement (un velux sans rideau dans le salon/ cuisine apporte énormément de chaleur et impossible de s'en protéger). Ce logement est un four.
-Énormément de moustiques et donc impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres et/ou volets surtout en soirée lorsqu'il serait possible d'apporter un peu de fraîcheur dans le logement.
-Difficile de profiter des soirées en extérieur justement à cause de la prolifération des moustiques

the +: very nice location to visit Tuscany, pretty and quiet green place, very warm welcome, clean home, pool.
The -: No air conditioning and stifling heat in the house (a roof window without a curtain in the living room/kitchen brings a lot of heat and impossible to protect). This accommodation is an oven.
A lot of mosquitos and impossible to open the windows and/or shutters especially at night when it would be possible to bring a little freshness into the accommodation.
Difficult to enjoy the evenings outdoors just because of this proliferation of mosquitoes.
Fantastic (huge!) villa. Very knowladgeable and Nice maid. On the negative side: felt there were to much chemicals in the pool. Easy to fix :) er would like ti recommend a Fabolous value for money restaurant - lunch and dinner - 50 meters to the left (Café Bijou). Excellent food and wine recommendations. Super and quiet village outside tourist county. Excellent wine outlet (overlooking the wine yards) 40 meters to the left. Highly recommended.
