Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette jolie propriété nichée dans la montagne. La vue est splendide, et si la maison est petite elle est bien agencée et plutôt bien équipée. La piscine est un bonheur! Les Hôtes, Elda, Franco, Pietro et Cristina sont adorables, vraiment serviables et très discrets. Nous recommandons!

The view is amazing, and even if the house is small, it is well laid out and fairly well equipped. The pool is a delight! The hosts, Elda, Franco, Pietro and Cristina are lovely, really helpful and very discreet. We recommend!
We had a very nice few days with our family. The owner was very very flexible accommodating our early arrival and late departure needs. Would come again!

The villa is superbly situated with marvelous views on Lake Trasimeno, very quiet, clean and well equiped, the owner was super reactive when faced to a problem, and the swimming pool just perfect. The only drawback is the last 200 meters way to reach the house which is not suitable for a low car: although we drove very slowly and carefully, the front bumper of ours was torn out because of the uneven and rocky ground. However an overall very pleasant place for a holiday.
We had a great family holiday at Poderino. The house was clean and as described and the pool was cleaned and attended to everyday and was perfect for our three children aged 8, 6 and 3. The nearest coastal town of Marina di Bibbona had a great restaurant called "Jolly Beach" which we would recommend.
