We enjoyed our time at the Villa Tizzauli. The property was beautiful and welcoming. It was close to great restaurants, train station, and many sights. We plan on visiting Tizzauli again.

The apartment is very quiet-a nice sanctuary from the tourists and the city. Close to EVERYTHING. Lots of hot water and a washing machine. Very patient and responsive hosts. The five flights of stairs . . . well they bulid muscle tone. ;)

We had a lovely stay. The owners were friendly and greeted us with a bottle on arrival. The pool is beautiful and in a wonderful secluded location!

Definitely one of the highlights of our trip! The villa is really charming and rustic but has updates that make it very comfortable too. Great location close to Cortona and other fantastic places to stop and visit. The owner had the place ready for us when we arrived and checked in on the pool regularly to make sure it was perfect the entire time we were there. This villa exceeded our expectations for a serene and gorgeous end to our trip.

Muy buena ubicación, hay tienda para comprar cosas básicas a corta distancia, zona turística y se tiene acceso a todo sin tener que utilizar transporte de ningún tipo.

Two grandparents, three sisters, their husbands and seven grandchildrens (from 23 years old to 13 years old) have, had a wonderful week, enjoying the place, the views, the pool, the space, the lovely houses, the chickens, butterflies, birds and plants. My family had a wonderful stay at Podere Marilla! We couldn't have asked for a better location in Tuscany, and a lovely property. Plenty of room for our group of five; loved using the pool and outside area. Mauro was wonderful in addressing any of our maintenance issues or concerns, and we felt very welcomed! Property within an hour of many wonderful small cities to visit for the day-we would recommend this as a great Italian country experience!
