Het lezen van commentaar en recensies van vorige huurders die al verbleven in een Toscaanse villa of appartement is een uitstekende manier om te beginnen met het plannen van uw reis naar Toscane, Italië. Na het verblijf vragen wij aan alle huurders om de verschillende aspecten van de accommodatie te beoordelen en tevens een algemene opmerking te publiceren. Das Haus ist in der Tat exakt so wie beschrieben - wer Italien und insbesondere die Toskana liebt - wird hier eine sehr schöne Zeit verbringen.
Ein Rustiko an einsamer Stelle, aber so exponiert, dass man die Natur und den Ausblick genießen kann. Viel mehr Privatsphäre als dort ist nciht möglich. Wichtig ist aber auch, dass das Haus trotz alter Substanz, charmanter Möbelierung, alles für den täglichen Gebrauch vorhält. Wer hier Urlaub verbringt, braucht eigentlich fast nichts mitbringen: Küche fast komplett, TV-Entertainment, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Handtüchter, sogar für den Pool, ...
Ganz wichtig für uns: das Garten ist in der Tat vollständig umzäunt, ein Hund kann dort eigentlich nicht weglaufen.
Korrekt ist in der Beschreibungen auch, dass man das Haus mit tiefergelegten Autos nicht anfahren kann. Die Zufahrt bis zur Hauptstraße ist mindestens 3,9km eine Schotterpiste, die sich allerdings mit einem normalen Auto bewerkstelligen läßt.

A rustique in a lonely place, but so exposed that you can enjoy nature and the view. Much more privacy than there is not possible. But it is also important that the house has everything for daily use despite the old substance and charming furniture. Those who spend their holidays here don't really need to bring anything with them: almost complete kitchen, TV entertainment, washing machine, dishwasher, towels, even for the pool, ...
Very important for us: the garden is in fact completely fenced, a dog cannot actually run away there.
It is also correct in the description that you cannot drive to the house with low cars. The driveway to the main road is at least 3.9 km of gravel road, which, however, can be done with a normal car.
Wir waren zu zweit mit unseren beiden Hunden für eine Woche als Gäste in dieser wunderschönen Villa. Wie haben uns sehr wohl und angenehm betreut gefühlt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!
Wonderful relaxing experience. Stefano, our host was there everyday maintaining the property and providing info for area attractions and anything we needed. We needed nothing. The property is well maintained. Our travel group will return.
Authentiek huis, jammer dat het bubbelbad dan niet werkt en nog wat meer kleine dingetjes. Het huis bereiken is ook een serieuze uitdaging door een zeer smalle haarspeldbochten

A wonderful place to relax in Tuscany!! Casa Cervognano is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, with lovely views of the countryside-you can't get much more Tuscan than this!! The house is small, snug and cosy and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is lovely and well-equipped with kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher etc and the owners left us some supplies (milk, coffe, tea, wine etc) which was a lovely surprise. They also have a range of wines available in the house, which you can pay for at the end of your stay.
The garden area is well-kept and spacious and there's an outdoor BBQ. The pool and jacuzzi are just lovely. We had a problem with the jacuzzi and the owner came to sort it out straight away.
Casa Cervognano is just 3km from Montepulciano and strategically situated for visiting local places of interest including Chiusi, Pienza and Lake Trasimeno.
Due to a family crisis, we had to leave unexpectedly and Emanuela and her husband arrived immediately to let us check-out and were very kind.
Casa Cervognano was ideal for us as a couple and we wouldn't hesitate to go back.
Een van de mooiste plekken die wij in Toscane hebben bezocht. Van te voren werd er door Lorenzo en Martina al heel netjes contact gezocht over de aankomst tijd! Eenmaal aangekomen wordt je heel hartelijk ontvangen en krijg je een perfecte uitleg over alles op het terrein. Een mooi verhaal hoe ze het oude pand helemaal gerenoveerd hebben.. alles ziet er daadwerkelijk prachtig uit in het huisje. In de tuin heb je een eigen plekje met daarop ligstoelen en een eettafel in de schaduw daarnaast heb je ook nog privé bedden aan het prachtig gelegen zwembad! Met een adembenemend uitzicht rondom de valleien en plaatsjes! De service en betrokkenheid die Lorenzo en Martina bieden is het toppunt van gastvrijheid. Lorenzo die onderhoud een groentetuin waar de gasten gratis van mogen plukken en eten! Daarnaast hebben ze een goede kennis van de omgeving en de dingen die er te doen zijn.
