Tolle Lage der Villa. Man kann sämtliche Geschäfte zu Fuss erreichen.Es ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Der Vermieter Paolo ist ein toller Typ. Er putzt 2mal wöchentlich früh morgens den Pool. Er ist immer erreichbar wenn was sein sollte.

Be prepared to climb many steps up to the villa! But worth it for the stunning views from the first-floor balcony; one of the highlights of the holiday was waking each day and being greeted with the warm sun and the balcony view.
A car is essential to explore the surrounding area; however parking at the villa could be a little tricky at times, depending on the number of other vehicles there.
In Marciano della Chiana we particularly enjoyed the Vivian Bar, just two minutes walk away, which we visited every day, and the Osteria La Vecchia Rota.

Casa perfetta, rispecchia le foto. La piscina viene pulita due volte al giorno e non ci sono commenti negativi da fare. A fine vacanza leggete bene il contratto e vedete cosa è compreso e cosa no (corrente, gas ecc) perchè il proprietario tende a farvi pagare anche le utenze che risultano comprese nel contratto. Con il supporto di EasyReserve siamo riusciti a risolvere.

At the end of the holiday read the contract well and see what is included and what is not (electricity, gas, etc) because the owner tends to make you pay for the utilities that are included in the contract. Martina & Lorenzo’s farmhouse is absolutely beautiful, lovely local restaurants, everything you need in the apartments. Beautiful grounds. The apartments are done to an exceptionally high standard and are very very clean, as is the pool area and outside area. Highly recommend and have recommended to everyone since we’ve returned! The villa is in a beautiful spot overlooking the valley below. The villa was clean and the pool was amazing. The grounds are huge with several seating areas and outdoor cooking possibility. The only negative was the appliances in the kitchen (especially the fridge and dishwasher) that could be updated. They did work but the fridge was missing shelves and the dishwasher left some dishes dirty. For the price the villa is a great find and the owner was super helpful and responsive.
