Zeer Goed 4 /5The owner is VERY helpful [even though he lives in Florence, but does have an office in Radda, and does return phone calls], which is v. necessary on moving in or out, since the 'accessibility' description is not very accurate. One can, theoretically, drive to within 10m of the apt, IF you have a small enough car [as the owner does], but only in the AM. Our Fiat 500L would never have made it. The parking [over the city wall beyond the apt] was definitely more than 100 m, including a long flight of stairs. The location is v. convenient in one respect, being 10 m from the city info office, whose staff is good in English and helpful in absolutely any way that you would desire. The location is challenging for senior seniors since it is uphill from everywhere, w/. a final long flight of stairs to enter the apt. The apt. is somewhat under furnished, w/. only two comfortable seats in the LR, but the BRs and baths are fine, and there is a PC. The owner [keyholder] speaks English well, but is v. busy, so you must get him to slow down, e. g., while explaining the washing machine.
