Location was very good. The local agency walked us over and gave a very good understanding of the studio. She recommended a couple restaurants for us. We did not care for the wooden shelf that went along the headboard of the bed it caused numerous problems with resting up against it or sleeping. If you raised your head up much you would bang your head. Also no curtains on the windows.
