Uitstekend 5 /5Poggio Velluto is a rustic property in an absolutely stunning location. The building is spacious and all the rooms of a good size apart from the kitchen which is a little small, but perfectly adequate when combined with the very well situated outside dining table. The house has had some improvements, especially to bathrooms, but remains rustic rather than luxurious.
The outside is fabulous. The pool is very good and the views from it are for once, even better than the pictures suggest.
We like properties like this and for us it was ideal. A picturesque Italian country house with stunning views. The owner only spoke Italian but was very helpful. We had a couple of very minor queries which were dealt with immediately.
This house is great if you want a holiday largely based around the house, or are just looking for some nice Italian towns to visit. If you have specific towns or sites you want to see, check how long it takes to get there - don’t rely on distance as many of the roads are very twisty and therefore speeds are slow.Zou u deze woning aanbevelen aan een vriend?
