Uitstekend 5 /5A lovely comfortable well equipped villa. Excellent location for touring the area. The view from the private backyard is stunning at any time of day or night. The two rooms are separated by the entry pathway and although unusual, this just seems to work. On one side, you have a fully equipped kitchen that seats four, a spacious bedroom with a queen size bed and a bathroom with shower, albeit small but tastefully updated. The separate living room has a comfy couch and chairs for TV viewing if you want. We spent our time on the covered patio to enjoy the views and the frequent visits from the owner,s two lovely dogs who would come to play or just hangout. Attached to living room, there is a shed, as spotless as the villa, with a washing machine for you to use if needed. No dryer but who needs that with the hot Tuscan sun. Marco is a great host, and living next door, he was always ready to help if needed, but never encroached on our privacy, this is a truly wonderful place to enjoy Tuscany
