Dit typische Toscaanse landhuis met 2 verdiepingen werd volledig gerenoveerd in 2025 en combineert traditioneel karakter met hedendaags comfort. Het pand ligt op een omheind landgoed van 1 ha en biedt volledige privacy met panoramische uitzichten over het golvende Toscaanse landschap, terwijl het tegelijkertijd dicht bij de kust is gelegen.
Buitenruimtes
Het privézwembad meet 8 x 4 meter met een diepte van 135 tot 140 cm en is beschikbaar van 1 mei tot 31 oktober. Een buitendouche bevindt zich in de buurt van het zwembad. Het omheinde landgoed van 1 ha omvat een goed onderhouden tuin waar gasten in volledige rust kunnen ontspannen. Een pergola en een patio bieden schaduwrijke plekken voor buitendinen en ontspanning, terwijl een terras extra ruimte biedt om van het uitzicht over het platteland te genieten. Pomaio is listed as one of the 13 most beautiful Design Cellars in the Region of Tuscany for the Toscana Wine Architecture project, and this 'Green' philosophy was also followed for the renovation of the villa.
