Mooie, onlangs gerestaureerde villa gelegen op een heuveltop met uitzicht over de stad Arezzo en de Chiana vallei. Dit landgoed is volledig omheind en bestaat uit de Villa Agazzi, het huis van de eigenaren en een sierlijk kerkje uit de 7de eeuw. Buiten is er voor de gasten een grote, goed verzorgde tuin met een prachtig en panoramisch gelegen privé zwembad. De villa is verdeeld in 4 appartementen die intern verbonden zijn en alleen samen verhuurd worden als 1 vrijstaande villa. Het interieur is comfortabel en smaakvol ingericht. Op de begane grond is er een grote portiek, ideaal om buiten te eten.
Beneden in de vallei loopt er een spoorlijn langs. Vanuit Arezzo zijn er treinverbindingen naar Florence en Rome.
De toegangsweg is niet geasfalteerd maar goed onderhouden.

Villa Claudia is 1 km gelegen van Montegonzi (Italië), en slechts 35 km van Greve In Chianti in de streek "Chianti". Villa Claudia is een prachtige stenen woning (260 m2) met air conditioning, privé zwembad en WiFi internet. De woning is comfortabel geschikt voor max. tien personen in vijf slaapkamers en zes badkamers.
De eigenaren wonen op 50 meter van de accommodatie en hoewel ze een hond hebben, is hun terrein volledig omheind.

Wanneer u aankomt te Villa Claudia vindt u een mooie, schone en goed onderhouden woning met uitzicht over de bergen en de heuvels perfect voor een geweldige vakantie in Toscane. Na een hectische dag winkelen kunt u de tijd doorbrengen met vrienden en familie bij het zwembad, en genieten van een glaasje wijn - een perfecte manier om te ontspannen aan het einde van de dag. It is an old farmhouse that has been renovated following all of today's eco-sustainability standards, which are similarly applied to the entire estate, which produces and exports excellent Tuscan IGT and DOCG wines. Podere Pomaio's Bio-architecture winery is listed among the 14 most beautiful Design Cellars in Tuscany for the Toscana Wine Architecture project.

If you decide to spend your holiday at Villa Leopoldina, you can stay in a historic building, a splendid example of a typical Tuscan house designed in the 18th century by the architects of Grand Duke Leopold of Lorraine, with the characteristic four overlapping arches on the façade. It will be a plunge into the past, when families were very numerous and these huge homes housed several generations under the same roof.
