The villa is in beautiful view location, and very quiet, but it is need to drive 15-18 km from arezzo shopping center to make a shopping in supermarket,
The villa have 5 bedrooms include very small bathrooms each, the living room is very small as well, about 40-50 sq/Mt include fire place that was damaged and didn't work,
The kitchen are big and include 2nd fireplace that work well,
the garden & pool is small and include 2nd kitchen which was unused, the property photos describes are mistake by shown big size bathroom and living room,
We was 7 persons and was very crowde,
I believe that for 10 persons is more crowded,
The owner help us with information about surrounding places,
The property have WiFi, but it's not free, we have extra 20 euro more,
In the third day staying we find a black scorpion in our bed, it was not nice, the owner say that is because we used the wood for the fireplace,
We travel everyday outside arezzo and we find the way about 40 km to rich the motorway, about 45 minutes by car,
