stayed in Pozzo 1 a few years ago so when my family suggested a trip to Tuscany I knew exactly were I wanted us to stay, love the house , grounds and pool,the views are to die for from the rear of the property, large bedrooms , large lounge and good kitchen with plenty of utensils, one teeny thing no kettle for tea but we improvised, lovely owners very helpful and friendly, make there own wine and olive oil very nice products. Two Restaurents within walking distance again lovely friendly owners. Coop market short drive away with great produce. Property easy to get to and from for outings. Will be booking for next year soon.

We have just returned from a glorious week at this villa.
A beautiful house in lovely grounds with a well maintained and perfect sized pool.
Great for a large group of friends or family as there is so much space for everyone to relax.
Sit outside in the evening around the large table with a glass of wine and the bbq lit, what better way is there to spend a summer evening.

We spent a lovely week at Casa Uva. The house is as you see it in the pictures: very clean and tastefully decorated. The large pool is a place where you could stay from morning until night. The weather was hot but air-conditioning made staying inside very comfortable. There are only a couple of things which could make the house even better: a side table in the kitchen and by the barbecue and sunshades by the sunbeds.
The lady we met by arrival and when leaving was very nice and helpful.
The booking was very easy and there were no problems with paying. I can warmly recommend the house and the web page.
