the house is perfect, vert spacious, cozy and comfortable. the area around the house is beautiful, offering plenty of amazing views. the pool is great and the fact that it is private also benefits for the guests. the other pool - shared one - is also very nice and provides tremendous view for the valley beneath. strongly recommend this place.

The house was exactly as promised on line. Perfect for two people. It was clean and comfortable with gorgeous views of the surrounding area. The owners were hepful and accomodating.

The agriturismo is not the main business of this family, and it shows well. At the arrival the office was very messy and disorganized and the and the welcome was without enthusiasm. The property has little atmosphere of what you may expect from a agriturismo. Inside everything was clean and looked simple but well at first sight. But no woman's hand was involved white the interior design. The quality of the bed was really poor, in fact below acceptable level. It was wobbling in al directions and had no stability what so ever. Several lights where not or only partly working (light bulbs were broken), and in the shower it self no light at all was working. Simple cleaning stuff in the kitchen like dish towels and a dishwashing brush or sponge were not present. For the remote control of the airconditioning unit we had to pay additionally € 10,- per day. What was there though were 6 bottles of wine from the winery with a price list...
The outside area was clean and looked well maintained. But no attention was given to the design of the surroundings of the lawn. Not even some pots with flowering plants, so it looked as if the design had not started yet. The swimming pool was good and clean and good sun beds where present.

Our party arrived at two separate times. Those arriving first had difficulty contacting the owner, it was after5pm before they were finally into the villa.
The villa is typical tuscan decor, considering the amount paid for cleaning, we were shocked to still find areas not to our own personal standards. The pool area is lovely, we had many lovely days with the children here. The views are amazing, bring insect repellent though as you will get bitten.
The upstairs bathroom was in poor condition, shower barely works and the bath full of limescale, we all felt the property could benefit from a new suite upstairs. My children were unable to sit in the bath, as they found it too rough.
Plenty of towels and bedding provided. We were unable to find a kettle, so a travel one would be advisable. Lots of lovely hidden areas around the property to sit and enjoy fabulous views.
You can hear the local race track most days, you do adjust to the constant racing of bikes sound.

Overall it was a nice stay, but the property does need some updating in the bathrooms.
