Has the most amazing week here with our family from the Uk celebrating my husbands 40th birthday. The place has the most amazing view you don’t want to leave! It’s very quiet so you can sleep but also if you want to have a party you a far away enough to make noise. The place is so huge if In a large group you will never feel on top of each other. Stefano come every day cleaned the outside and was always helpful and available when we needed him. We got Stefano and his colleagues to cook the birthday meal and it was absolutely fab… I would Highly recommend this place and would love to come back soon thanks for an amazing stay ! Make sure you get the Funicolare from Montecatini up to Montecatini Alto which you can see from the villa and book a restaurant there to eat it runs until 12 am lovely experience.

Merveilleux château mais prestations hôtelières médiocres. Arrivés tard le soir, nous nous sommes retrouvés 1 heure dehors a chercher une porte ouverte pour pénétrer dans la propriété, car personne pour nous accueillir. Le lendemain portes clauses également. Il faut être un détective pour trouver la porte qui vous permet d entrer. Pas d indications, réception et conciergerie inexistante..... Côté confort, il fait froid dans l appartement, l eau chaude un concept. Cet endroit magnifique souffre d un manque certain d accueil et de prestations hôtelières. Vraiment dommage. Pour nous x était un mélange de galère et de bonheur. Ça laisse perplexe.

Buon pomeriggio, siamo stati benissimo in questi giorni di vacanze a casa “sant’Anna”, tutto così come descritto. L’unico appunto è una pulizia migliore per la struttura.

The villa was beautiful, spacious, well-managed and in a convenient location to do some Tuscan touring (although we were also equally happy to spend time lounging by the pool and eating at the villa!). It is slightly remote (but with beautiful views) so you definitely need a car as many larger towns and some of the more well-known wine regions are minimum 30 minutes drive. But overall was a nice villa and a great place to spend a few days with friends

This is an exceptional place to stay! If you are looking for a quiet holiday, authenticity, warm welcome, excellent quality of the accommodation , I can only recommend it. This is top quality and the house met all our expectations. It is also located in the vall d'orcia, one of the most beautiful areas in Italia and in the world. However, take into account that the house is located at 900m height, so it can be very cold in the evenings and during the night. But this is only an advantage in summer.
