Die Anlage ist top gepflegt und sauber, und sehr anheimelig....man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Auch die Größe der Wohneinheit war absolut in Ordnung, eher aussergewöhnlich viel Platz. Die Betreuung durch Enzo und seine Tochter war absolut perfekt, Probleme gabs eh keine. Die Landstraße die leider unmittelbar am Grundstück vorbeiläuft kann, wie hier schon öfter beschrieben, manchmal etwas nervig sein. Wir würden aber jederzeit wiederkommen. Das ist ein richtiges Kleinod. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche und können nur groß DANKE sagen ! The size of the living unit was also absolutely fine, with an exceptional amount of space. The care from Enzo and his daughter was absolutely perfect, there were no problems anyway. The country road, which unfortunately runs directly past the property, can sometimes be a bit annoying, as has been described here several times. But we would come back at any time. This is a real gem. We had a great week and can only say a big THANK YOU!

De woning is voorzien van alle gemakken en heeft een ruime slaapkamer boven. Uitermate geschikt voor stellen en/of een jong gezin met een kind. Het privé zwembad geeft je het gevoel van totale ontspanning. Wij hebben genoten. The private pool gives you the feeling of total relaxation. We really enjoyed it.

Amazing time had at Teto - age range 18 - 55. The track to the house is not for the faint hearted but once you get there it’s fabulous. The photos do not do it justice - it’s stunning. Easy reserve were quick to respond on booking and Fubbiano team were excellent once there - the vineyard tour is a must. Amenities are at a drive however very good. Supermarkets are well stocked/Pisa airport is close by plus the trains are fairly regular for exploring the Italian must see places. We all loved this holiday and this place is very special.

Wir haben im Appartamento il Granio 14 wundervolle Urlaubstage verbracht. Alles war zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Die Familie Baldoni war mit ihrer freundlichen, zuvorkommenden Art ein super Gastgeber. Wir kommen wieder! The Baldoni family was a great host with their friendly, courteous nature. We will be back!

Eine sehr ruhige und saubere Unterkunft. Ein Stern für Sauberkeit Ein Stern für den Komfort (Küche, Waschmaschine) Ein Stern für die Gastfreundschaft Ein Stern für die Lage Ich muss jedoch einen Stern abziehen für die 100€ Endreinigung (viel zu teuer), und die Bademöglichkeiten am Strand von Viareggio durch die Privaten Strandabschnitte die den Badespaß erheblich einschränken. Und man somit an sein Auto angewiesen ist um an einen Freien Strand zu gelangen mit einer Autofahrt von gut 15 Minuten. Die schönen Momente hatten wir Pisa ca. 30 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. One star for cleanliness One star for comfort (kitchen, washing machine) One star for hospitality One star for the location However, I have to deduct a star for the €100 final cleaning (far too expensive), and the swimming opportunities on the beach in Viareggio due to the private beach sections, which significantly limit bathing fun. And you have to rely on your car to get to a free beach, which takes a good 15 minutes by car. We had the beautiful moments in Pisa, about 30 minutes away by car.
