San Gimignano is a unique place. The town is inspiring and visually stunning, with a friendly and relaxed atmosphere and everything you need for a very special week.

Torre di San Gimignano is a very special place to stay. Views to die for, breathtaking (both physically and visually - 180 stairs work off all the fantastic food and wine!) An unforgettable experience.

While you're there eat lots of ice-cream (Gelateria di Piazza - best in world!); Drink the local wine!; Try all the restaurants (in particular Ristorante Dorando' - not cheap but 10/10); Buy a leather handbag or two (Le Torri); Music festival week while we were there and evening entertainment with violinists and puppetry was great.

Highly recommend and we want to go back soon!

The location of the Villa was fantastic and local village lovely; however did not enjoy the service or food in the Pizza Place across the road. Apart from that the Villa location was great, close to major cities and in heart of contryside. The Villa itself has a lovely pool and outside eating area, where we enjoyed BBQs and Breakfast - dinner. Inside comfortable for 8 people, however Kitchen could do with updating. Local food and wine lovely, and the manager of the Villa was fantasic and looked after us very very well. Mark Harrison, York, England

We were delighted when we arrived at La Mirandola to find a quaint, well appointed, rustic Tuscan villa. The quality of the villa definitely exceeded our expectations!! Beautiful pool area, comfortable, clean deck chairs, sun umbrellas and a good- sized, clean, slightly cool, yet very refreshing pool! The owners were incredibly gracious, friendly and helpful! We were lost on our way to La Mirandola and our host gave us good directions in French and met us half way to escort us to the villa. They also provided us with great suggestions for local sights and restaurants and they have a tastey local Chianti for €3.50 per bottle on offer! We had a wonderful experience at La Mirandola and I would highly recommend it as a spot to just relax and unwind or from which to explore Tuscany.

Fanastic location of this villa, wonderful views,
Owners were extremenly helpful and friendly (with free use of the vegie patch a bonus).
Minor comment : could do with a small fan for bedroom and new pots & pans and maybe a microwave.

A nice place to stay, reasonably quiet nearby a small village. When we were there not all the appartments (22 in 4 houses) were rented out, so I suppose you would hear more of your neighbors when everything is rented out.
The pool is great, as well as the location with Siena, Firenze and even cities as Pisa nearby. Especially the welcomedrink (and .... surprise) was great and fully unexpected. We appreciated that very much.
