Terrific views, but chairs for kitchen table uncomfortable, and unit only has a couch for 2 people to sit inside. Simone eager and willing to make stay enjoyable but language was a bit of an issue

Excellent appartment, with a nice terrace (grass) en sympathetic hosts. Very good located for trips to Pisa, Lucca, Firenze etc. The only hickup was that our arrival was not confirmed to the host, but solved the problem very well.

Sehr schönes Haus, herrliche Lage mit wunderschönem Weitblick.
Das Besitzer-Paar ist sehr um seine Gäste bemüht und zuvorkommend. Leider sprechen sie kein englisch und kein deutsch, daher schwierige Verständigung.
Das Haus ist so idyllisch, wir würden wieder buchen und die Gegend weiter erkunden.

The owner couple is very concerned about the guests. Unfortunately, they do not speak English or German, so understanding is difficult.
The house is so idyllic, we would book again and explore the area further.
