Good that one asks for feedback and then we'll be honest. For this price we expect things like: a washing machine, a TV that actually works, a shower that does not fall on your head and must be held in one hand. The beds were really bad: one could feel the iron spirals in your back. The kitchen was equipped fine however. The man that gave us our key was very friendly. The fact that he could only speak Italian did refrain us from sharing our dissatisfiers. When electricity broke, we called the number written on a slide in the house: they were very friendly, spoke English well and solved the problem immediately.

We enjoyed our stay in the old farm house. The accommodations were wonderful and the dinner hosted by the owner was fabulous! Would stay there again.

Fabulous location close to San Gimignano with great amenities and service. Barbara and Mimosa are wonderful people.

We had a family reunion at the villa with many nationalities. Ages ranging from 60 to 78 . One was in a wheelchair and Riccado made a ramp for us. It could have been difficult but the villa and gardens are so relaxing everyone enjoyed themselves. The swimming pool and rose terrace were very popular. Riccado and Stefania cooked a fantastic meal to welcome us all.
