Excellent séjour! La propriété est magnifique et encore plus belle que sur les photos. Le propriétaire est très accueillant et disponible.

Nous recommandons fortement cette location au calme et proche de nombreux lieux à voir en Toscane. A noter qu'une épicerie/boulangerie/café est également très proche et commode!

The villa is superbly situated with marvelous views on Lake Trasimeno, very quiet, clean and well equiped, the owner was super reactive when faced to a problem, and the swimming pool just perfect. The only drawback is the last 200 meters way to reach the house which is not suitable for a low car: although we drove very slowly and carefully, the front bumper of ours was torn out because of the uneven and rocky ground. However an overall very pleasant place for a holiday.

Zeer comfortabel 4 persoonshuis. Per tweetal een douche/toilet biedt veel privacy. Prachtige omgeving. Goede basisplek voor het cultuursnuiven in verschillende steden. Het Manhattan (San Gimignano) van de Toscane is a nice place to be. Al wandelend in de omgeving van verre te herkennen.

Great accomodation in a great environment.
Very peaceful place. The house and the swimming pool are perfect for a family with children.
We had a great time. Besides, it is close to Florence and very easy to reach to.
A great experience all in all.

Very nice place with beautiful view at the swimming pool.The appartment was good, moderate in terms of furniture and kitchen equipment but clean.
