Lovely Tuscan holiday complex. Four villas in a secure compound with large outdoor pool. Even when villas were full we often had pool to ourselves. Nearest town Montaione is within walking distance but very hazardous along a main road. Really dangerous at night so unless you want to drive there is really nowhere to go off the complex. Location is brilliant for visiting all the major towns and villages in the Florence area and has fantastic views across Tuscany. Villa 3 had everything we needed except for aircon but we found the kitchen lounge to be a bit small and pokey, nowhere comfortable for four people to relax. Lovely owners and staff, very helpful. Could easily see us returning but would go for a bigger villa.

Great location, house a little old fashioned and under equipped but overall a really successful and enjoyable stay. Antony Ferrari as the agent was first class, very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

Sehr saubere und liebevoll geführte Anlage. Sehr nette Besitzer, die einem bei allen Fragen, Vorhaben und Wünschen helfen und zur Verfügung stehen. Pool sehr sauber, wenig Chlor und schon im Juni eine sehr angenehme Badetemperatur. Der Garten ist top gepflegt... es duftet nach Rosen und Lindenblüten. Das Haus innen ist kühl und erfrischend. Die Zimmer und Bäder sauber und charmant. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit dort.

Villa Catelmuzio is exceptional in every way - a glorious pool, a divine garden with a wonderful array of beautiful flowers, perfectly appointed and equipped property and a view to die for. Watching the sunsets across the valley is lovely. Even hearing the wildlife at night is fun! Thank you for a perfect stay - we will be back - and recommend this place to everyone. This was a wonderful villa. The owners were extremely welcoming and nice. Loved the welcome dinner and breakfast. Also, we were provided with an excellent red wine during our stay as well as fresh vegetables from the garden. This is a working farm with very friendly dogs and cats that our granddaughter loved playing with. I would definitely return to this villa if I once again have the opportunity. It was a delightful vacation.
