Nice house in a beautiful scenery. If you enjoy a holiday among Italians instead of other tourists, this is the perfect spot. The drive up the mountain takes some time and getting to the accomodation from the car requires a good condition, because of the steep climb through the village. But the house, garden and the view makes it all worth wile. The house is quite basic, but has everything we (2 adults, 2 children aged 9 and 13) needed. An electric kettle to boil water would be nice. The pool is quite small, but big enough to cool down on a hot day. Tuscany is beautiful, we enjoyed the nearby city of Lucca very much, as well as Florence and Pisa. Nice restaurant in the village and an even better one downhill (di Sandra). Shopping, coffee, bakery etc are all a good half hour drive. Communication with the house owners is quite tricky if you don't speak Italian. But with problems or questions Easyreserve can be called quite easily. We had a fantastic holiday en highly recommend this location.

Amazing! This villa did not disappoint, it is even more beautiful than the photos. It is extremely well maintained, and very clean. The owner was present for the check-in and out, and even dropped by mid-week to see if we needed anything. The location is perfect for a private getaway, and is situated high up in olive groves, so the views are stunning, especially sunrise. Our kids loved the pool, and the visiting neighbour's cat! I loved the barbeque and pizza oven, as we hired Stefano to make pizza for us, it was delicious!
The local town is small but the café was quite good, and there are several pizzeria / restaurants within a 5-10 minute drive.
Overall it was an amazing week, and we would love to visit again.

Das Schloß und die Lage des Schlosses sind sehr beeindruckend, aber es gibt einige Mängel:
Unsere Wohnung war sehr groß , das Mobiliar zT sehr alt, die Betten nicht alle begquem, da sie uralte Lattenroste hatten.
Es gab keine Fliegengitter, aber unzählige Stechmücken.....
Bad sehr klein, die Küche nur schlecht mit Kochutensilien ausgestattet, beim Gasherd funktionierten nur 2 Flammen.
Im Aussenbereich fehlten Sitzmöglichkeiten, auch am Pool gab es nicht genügend Liegen.
Wir würden den Aufenthalt als befriedigend bezeichnen.

We had a great stay with our family. The children loved the pool. We went to the beach and Pietrasanta. Very nice. You can walk to the beach. It’s half an hour. But with small children is not so safe. There were only some dogs across the street who were barking all night. After we fed them, it became better.

Details Recensie:
We rented this villa for a family week (we were 10 people) and everything was perfect: the villa is amazing and the place gorgeous. I must also say that the women helping on site (cleaning and food) were lovely. We felt really welcomed and they took good care of us, answering all our questions, cooking amazing Italian food, listening to our needs, preferences and requests. We loved everything and definitely recommend this place.
