Details Recensie:
We had a perfect stay at Tizzauli. We stayed on Rosa for 6 nights with our two teenagers.
The villa is a 30 minutes drive from Florence.
Upon arrival, we were greeted with curtesy and were promptly prepared a delicious lunch to fill our stomachs before we went grocery shopping.
Our appartement was perfectly clean EVERYWHERE ( and I am difficult on cleanliness).
We were given information on what to visit, what restaurants to eat in, where to grocery shop.
There are free bicycles available for the guests, a nice pool, outside kiddy games, ping pong table, baby foot table and two clean charcoal BBQs.
It is possible to have breakfast, lunch and happy hour at the lounge. Otherwise the kitchen is very well equipped.
You can visit all the most popular places in Toscany within a 30-60 minutes drive fro9m the villa.
The only negative point is the WIFI that is on the slow side. The teenagers had a hard time with that…

We had a wonderfull stay in Il Poggio (Lucolena), we staid in the big appartment with 2 adults and 4 (+12 y) children. All rooms are very spacious, clean and very well equipped. All of this in combination with the beautifull garden with stunning views, the peace and rest , the swimmingpool with enough comfortable loungechairs, your private terrace and the space are big plusses for this property! The only reason why I don't give a 5 star rating is the location. The house is situated higher on the mountain, which implies that it takes you longer to get somewhere.

Details Recensie:
Ein wundervoller Platz in einer wunderbaren Umgebung, dazu ein schöner, top gepflegter Garten, mit einem ebenso schönem Pool. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und haben uns herzlich empfangen. Ein perfekter Ort zum Ausruhen und entspannen.
Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet, alles was man brauchte, war da.
Einziger Minuspunkt: Das WLAN ist instabil und funktioniert nur in direkter Nähe des Haupthauses, im Garten, im Haus und auf der Terrasse funktioniert es gar nicht.

The Villa and its grounds are excellent! The pool is amazing and so is Massimo who is always available if something is in Need. He truly takes care of the pool so that it is always impeccable!
