Overall very good. Lovely villa. On site service was very helpful but we encountered several issues of miscommunication over arrangements that had previously been confirmed by email. Also I consider a final cleaning bill of several hundred euros to be unacceptable - 1) far too high for a mornings cleaning, and 2) should be included in the price. That definitely leaves a bad taste at the end of a very pleasant stay.

This is a beautiful villa with a lovely garden and great swimming pool. All rooms hve air conditioning which was great because we were there during a heat wave. There are several places, in and out of the sun, for eating s well as barbecue and pizz oven. The rooms re spacious, nicely furnished and very clean. The villa is a2 minut drive from the village where you can find a good supermarket (Conad), a really good gelato shop (Mondo) and plenty of architecture in the old part of Castillion. Trains run from the Village to Arrezzo , and Corton is a 15 minute drive and well worth visiting. Carlotta, the owner, was brilliant and relly helpful. Her family make a relly good red wine plus olive oil both of which we bought to take home. I tried to upload more photos but it wouldn't let me even though they were of the right size. Pity, but the place was perfect for us

Great location and fantastic people

In dem Haus haben mit unseren Kindern (6 Personen) unseren Sommerurlaub verbracht. Das Haus war sehr sauber, hat eine sehr gut eingerichtete Küche, bequeme Betten und gepflegte Außenanalagen und Pool. Die Aussicht über Berge und Meer ist einfach fantastisch. Es war dort sehr ruhig, mit netten Nachbarn. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. bei Fragen war er immer erreichbar. Es gibt in der Nähe zwei Restaurants, die zu empfehlen und gut zu Fuß erreichbar sind (600m und 1200m). Wir haben unseren Urlaub dort sehr genossen und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Me and my family of 14 People all enjoyed our visit in Botti. Monica was the perfect host and answered my quistions in a minut. Clean, big house and a lovely pool. Very Calm neighbourhood.
