Very well equipped villa. Quiet location for privacy but convenient for day trips. We visited Rome (long day!), Florence, Sienna on one day trips. Lots of room for our party of 10 people. Villa and grounds were well-cared for and the owner was very helpful. All in all, great experience and we would stay again. The only suggestion we have is better directions. The villa is very tough to find with a small sign. A GPS address or co-ordinate would be very helpful. Thankfully the owner was able to meet us to guide owner.

Veramente eccellente . Posizione incantevole tranquilla e perfetta per le escursioni su San Giminiano , Siena e Volterra. Veramente ottima struttura.

Very nice villa in a practical location close to Montepulciano and Cortona. Excellent condition, well kept. Efficient and friendly service by owners, especially served dinners were excellent.

I would thoroughly recommend this property to those who have a car. It is a easy drive to both Lucca and Pisa. The apartment was clean and spacious. The pool area is lovely-great for the kids and sitting around at drinks time. The villa was a little bit hard to find - also known as Le Ciucelle-but locals are helpful and friendly. Flavia's daughter speaks the most English but we got by with our Italish fine.
