This place is stunning with a beautiful location looking up at Cortona on the hill 10min drive away. The villa was spotless and very spacious. Great for our family of 5. The kids enjoyed the pool and the bikes. There was everything we needed in the apartment to be able to cook, eat and wash clothes here. The owner was a pleasure to deal with. We stayed 4 nights and used it as a base to drive to other towns in Tuscany. We could easily have stayed another week if we had the time.

This place is wonderful and very quiet. The location for bus to Lucca is perfect. Flavia is a gracious and delightful owner and host. The only negative was arriving late Saturday and the bath rooms are not supplied with toilet paper and the stores are closed on Sunday.

Had a great visit, Fabio and Francesca were wonderful. The villa was spotless and very well maintained. A nice basket of local product was waiting for us and made dinner the first night very easy and enjoyable after a long drive. The grounds are lovely set in an olive grove. Short drive to the train in Empoli and a number of good restaurants in the area. Don't miss Vinci a very nice little town and Museum, ask Fabio for tips on restaurants and getting around he was a great help.

While you may fit 6 people here, it would work better if a couple of them were children, the pull out bed in the living room seems pretty small and the second bedroom does not have a door. Not major issues for us but you should be aware.
We would recommend this to anyone!
