I would thoroughly recommend this property to those who have a car. It is a easy drive to both Lucca and Pisa. The apartment was clean and spacious. The pool area is lovely-great for the kids and sitting around at drinks time. The villa was a little bit hard to find - also known as Le Ciucelle-but locals are helpful and friendly. Flavia's daughter speaks the most English but we got by with our Italish fine.
