A beautiful property, but unfortunately the €100 cleaning fee is quite simple a rip-off and we would expect a complete reimbursement, for the following reasons (i.e. the previous owners must have paid it. So comments below relate both to that issue, and some others:
Bedrooms dusty and in particular under beds very dirty
Lots of cobwebs and dust in living areas
Bathrooms not cleaned thoroughly - mats dirty and dirt in corner
Garden poorly maintained - lots of weeds on steps and long grass
Kitchen generally not up to standard:
Above oven canopy very dirty - thick dirt
Oven was not fully operational - only 2 burners working
Insufficient glassware and coffee/tea cups for number of people
No kettle
