Country House "Castiglioni" ligt verscholen tussen bomen en wijngaarden in het Toscaanse platteland, op 11 kilometer van het centrum van Florence. Het landgoed bevindt zich in Sesto Fiorentino en bestaat uit 5 zelfstandige appartementen verspreid over een terrein van 4.000 vierkante meter. De omgeving wordt gekenmerkt door een verzorgde tuin met gazonvelden en aangeplante groenvoorzieningen. Het landgoed biedt een rustige en afgelegen plek voor gasten die een landelijk verblijf zoeken.
Buitenruimtes
Het zwembad meet 11 x 5 meter met een diepte van 100 tot 120 centimeter en is beschikbaar van 1 mei tot 30 september. Een buitendouche bevindt zich op het terrein. De tuin is voorzien van gedeeld tuinmeubilair en een gedeelde barbecueplaats voor buitendinen. Het uitgebreide gazonlandschap en de omringende bomen creëren een schilderachtige omgeving.
Praktische informatie
Het landgoed wordt bereikt via een 800 meter lange onverharde weg. Parkeerplaatsen zijn ter plaatse beschikbaar. Een wasmachine is beschikbaar voor gedeeld gebruik. De dichtstbijzijnde bushalte bevindt zich op 2 kilometer; het station van Florence ligt op 11 kilometer. Villa Montalcinello is a villa located near the city of Chiusdino, where you can enjoy the wonderful and impressive landscape typical of Tuscany, it has been restored and furnished with elegance, in fact there is only antique furniture of rare beauty.
The Villa also has a small but lovely garden terrace with swimming pool and picnic gazebo.
There are Roman steps for entering the pool on one side, and in the garden there are several areas to sit and relax. The pool is 10 x 5 metres and, 1.7 - 2.5 metres deep. It is open from May to September, weather permitting.
There is another building overlooking the garden and pool area however this is uninhabited..
